Mindful walking

I got up at six today. I had my morning shower, took my time. Went downstairs and ate my breakfast. I wrote half an essay while I ate. It made my mind cluttered and weird when the rest of the house woke up. I went on a walk. Listened to the birds and breathed in the fresh air. Got in touch with my inner self. Drifted into dreams, away from reality. Went home and finished my essay.
